Customer Service Manager 3+ Years
Supervisor / Team Lead 3+ Years
CSR-Level 2 3+ Years
CSR-Level 1 1-3 Years


Minimum Qualification Required
Excellent spoken English skills with an American Accent.
Must have a minimum of one-year Call Center experience in handling Outbound Sales calls and interacting with US-Based customers.
Must know how to use Email, Internet, MS Word, Power Point and Excel.
Attention to details, team work, and problem solving skills.
Must have the ability to serve US-based customers and provide high quality services.
